Our programme provides structured basketball development for boys and girls aged 5–19 years through weekly coaching, game-based learning and regular competition.

Whether your child is completely new to basketball or already has experience, our programme is designed to help them build confidence, improve their basketball IQ and enjoy the game.

Terms and Conditions for Elevate Basketball Program

By registering for the Elevate Basketball program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Program Participation

  • The program is open to children aged 5–18, divided into designated age groups.

  • Participants must attend sessions punctually and follow all coaching instructions, program rules, and safety guidelines.

  • Elevate Basketball reserves the right to suspend or remove participants for repeated disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

  1. Program Information

  • Programme specifics, including training times, fees, fixtures/game-days, and training location, are communicated directly via the school and/or Elevate Basketball’s official communication channels.

  1. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are communicated per school/program and must be paid according to the agreed arrangement.

  • Participation may be paused if fees fall into arrears until the account is brought up to date.

  • Any registration fee (if applicable) is non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by Elevate Basketball.

  1. Uniforms and Equipment

  • Where kit/uniform applies, fittings will be arranged and kit will be distributed thereafter.

  • Participants may be required to wear the program kit for fixtures and official events.

  1. Liability and Indemnity

  • Elevate Basketball takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment during training and events.

  • Participation is at the participant’s own risk, and parents/legal guardians accept responsibility for their child’s participation.

  • Elevate Basketball is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions or events.

  1. Medical Authorization

  • In the event of an emergency, parents/legal guardians authorize program representatives to act in loco parentis and to seek medical assistance where necessary.

  • Parents/legal guardians are responsible for informing the program of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to participation.

  1. Program Changes

  • Elevate Basketball reserves the right to adjust schedules, session times, venues, fixtures, or program content due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants will be notified of changes in advance where reasonably possible.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawals once the program has commenced.

  • If a program is cancelled by Elevate Basketball (e.g., insufficient enrolment), any eligible refunds will be processed.

  1. Code of Conduct

  • Participants and parents are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, officials, and other participants.

  • Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the program.

  1. Communication

  • Official communication will be sent to the email/phone number provided during registration.

  • Parents/legal guardians are responsible for ensuring contact details are accurate and up to date.
